Since 1999, we have been the school of choice for anyone serious about training in contemporary cooking. Being a student at New School of Cooking opens the door to that world. Every student will experience every aspect of the program including the externship. The externship is the gateway for students into the professional food world. It could be a restaurant, a hotel, a farm, working with a food writer or a business similar to what the student wants to do after graduation.
